Are you struggling to create the perfect royal icing consistencies? This class will provide you with hands on instruction to create all four icing consistencies; stiff, piping, medium flood and flood. I will demonstrate mixing a batch of royal icing. Then, you will color and create different icing consistencies and use your icing to decorate 3 cookies. Basic knowledge on how to create a smooth cookie base with royal icing is required and previous attendance to my Beginner Class is preferred. Each student takes home 3 cookies that they decorated, a resource packet containing cookie and icing recipes, tips & tricks and a gift bag with several icing tools. All supplies are included, even cookies to snack on.
Class is for adults age 13 and up. Only registered students will be admitted. Class is limited to 10 students.
