Refund policy

RETURNS

Orders are final sale, returns are not allowed. All orders are custom made, not pulled from inventory. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order so that we can resolve it for you.

All Digital Download sales are final and not eligible for refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order with a 10% cancellation fee,  If your order has shipped or has been 3D printed you will not be able to cancel it.

Digital Download orders are fulfilled immediately and cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

If an item is deemed defective after photo evidence is evaluated and you do not wish to receive a replacement, a refund will be issued. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
