Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard USPS Ground Advantage Shipping
- Free standard shipping (3-4 business days) on orders over $50
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages Sweet Scarlet Baking is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shannon@sweetscarletbaking.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
